Healthy Recipes

Ready in 1 hour and 10 minutes. Makes 4- 5 servings(I recommend doubling and freezing some!)  Also, add your favorite seasonings like italian or cumin to flavor it up a bit!  ENJOY!!

1 1/2 lb ground turkey breast

1/2 red bell pepper

1/4 onion, diced

1/2 cup  spinach, chopped

1 egg

1/2 cup oats

  1. Preheat oven to 325 F
  2. Put all ingredients in a medium bowl and combine. Mold into a loaf shape and place in middle of an 8×8 square pan. (for fasting cooking and easy single servings, use a muffin tin and cut the cooking time almost in half!)
  3. Bake in the loaf pan 1 hour or until cooked through
