If you aren’t taking fish oil now, you may want to consider trying Carlson Norwegian Cod Liver Oil. Its a liquid, and it tastes like lemon. No kidding its delicious!! And… no fishy after taste!
Fish oil contains Omega-3 fatty acids which are extremely important to the overall health of our minds and bodies. (That sold me!) The human body cannot make Omega-3 fatty acids, therefore we are dependent on outside sources. It is recommended that two 3-ounce servings of fish are eaten per week. However its difficult to get an adequate dose of fish oil, high in Omega-3 fatty acids from food alone. Need more convincing?
Here are a few more health benefits of fish oil: REDUCES THE RISK OF HEART ATTACK< lowers triglycerides and increases “good” cholesterol> reduces inflammation associated with many diseases> heart disease< cancer< autoimmune diseases< and Alzheimers> helps with anti-aging (yeah!) by increasing the lifespan of cells< and reduces the risk of developing age-related macular degeneration>
Fish oil can be found in most health food sections> I got mine at the Vitamin Shoppe> It may be a bit pricier than capsules but the benefits are well worth it! Plus no fishy after taste and easier to swallow!
