When first meeting with a new client, there are 3 simple steps:

1st– You fill out a fitness history questionnaire and go over any physical concerns or limitations

2nd– I do a body assessment and observe basic movements looking for any muscle tightness or weakness and fitness level

3rd– We discuss your fitness goals, current activities and how you fuel your body.

Then we get started with your plan!!!
