You will also find Free weights, Bosu trainers, Stability balls and other Balance tools. Also, Medicine balls, Punch/Kick Bag and Pilates equipment. Kettlebells, Sandbags - Vipr and Cardio-rope.

When first meeting with a new client, there are 3 simple steps:

1st- You fill out a fitness history questionnaire and go over any physical concerns or limitations

2nd- I do a body assessment and observe basic movements looking for any muscle tightness or weakness and fitness level

3rd- We discuss your fitness goals, current activities and how you fuel your body.

Then we get started with your plan!!!
