Spacious 1,000 square foot in-home private studio with 1-on-1 attention and no distractions, crowds or pressure sales!
Top of the line cardio and strength training equipment including Precor, TRUE, Paramount and TRX functional training systems. Octane Fitness Seated Eliptical, Precor Eliptical & True Treadmill, Jacob’s Ladder, Spinning bike & H2O Fitness water rower. You will also find Free weights, Bosu trainers, Stability balls and other Balance tools. Also, Medicine balls, Punch/Kick Bag and Pilates equipment. Kettlebells, Sandbags - Vipr and Cardio-rope.

When first meeting with a new client, there are 3 simple steps:
1st- You fill out a fitness history questionnaire and go over any physical concerns or limitations
2nd- I do a body assessment and observe basic movements looking for any muscle tightness or weakness and fitness level
3rd- We discuss your fitness goals, current activities and how you fuel your body.
Then we get started with your plan!!!
I offer private, semi-private and small group training for up to 5 women.
