We go over what you’re currently eating on a daily basis, and the timing of your meals and snacks.

By tracking what you eat for a few days, it allows me to see (and you too!) what foods are consumed, how often, and if you’re getting the nutrients you need for optimal benefits.

If your goal is to lose weight, I will suggest a caloric amount that matches your exercise program to help you achieve faster results!
